This policy sets out what we consider acceptable use of the cheshireprivatehire.com website, our booking system, and our chat assistant. It applies to anyone using the site, whether or not you go on to book with us.

• Submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading booking information (e.g. fake names, invalid contact details, or bookings with no intention of travelling)
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit our pricing system, for example by submitting deliberately incorrect postcodes to obtain an inaccurate quote
• Use the site's chat assistant, forms, or booking system to send abusive, threatening, or harassing content, whether directed at our staff, drivers, or otherwise
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our booking system, or the third-party services (Stripe, Google, Netlify) that support it
• Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access the site or submit bookings, other than standard search engine indexing
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable UK law or regulation
• Reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the website's content or design for commercial purposes without our written permission

Booking abuse

Repeated no-shows, fraudulent bookings, or abuse of our pay-on-the-day option (e.g. persistent cancellation or non-payment) may result in us declining to accept future bookings from the individual concerned, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Our chat assistant

Our website includes an automated chat assistant to help with pricing and booking questions. It is provided for genuine customer enquiries. Attempts to misuse it (for example, to extract unrelated information, generate unrelated content, or probe the underlying system) are not permitted.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or restrict access to the website for anyone found to be in breach of this policy, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
